Right now we’re maintaining 25 of the smaller version and 5 of the larger version. I can run some sales reports in the morning for you, but we just received our inventory in the last couple of months, and then the holidays hit. Also, they can’t be used on larger offshore vessels without ABS approval, so that narrows the marine customer base. We exhibited it at the International Workboat Show in New Orleans in December and both customers and competitors were astonished by its compact size and stated capabilities. Lamarche, in particular, showed significant interest in the technology. I’m also presenting it to the Navy for consideration on the US Naval fleet, but as I’ve mentioned to your boss, they will need to be assembled in the US for sale to the US Navy. Luckily, we have access to assembly facilities in the US.

In the past 10 years I have used many different brand inverters and charge controllers. At some point pretty much all of them have had some kind of problem.
This is to be expected if you are using something 24/7/365. Unfortunately most of the companies are unwilling or unable to provide replacement parts to repair the problem. The fact that your company is able to provide the support and parts is a huge selling point that I think you should advertise on your website.
